What if I need to return something?

If you need to return something to us we will need to know the reason why. If you are sent the wrong item or a product is deemed to be defective we will cover the cost of the return shipping and the shipping of a replacement item. In cases where a product is deemed to be defective, we will generally require photographs of the defective item and will only accept returns on items which were proven defective through their intended use.

If the reason is that you selected the wrong size, or that you simply don't like a product - for whatever reason, then return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

PLEASE NOTE - we ONLY accept return requests on items delivered within the previous 10 working days, and without exception, we ONLY accept returns on items which are in their original unused and unwashed condition. NO returns are excepted on customised items, for example, with embroidery or engraving or customised goods/items such as custom Bogu sets or the custom Iaito for instance. Therefore we advise all customers to take extra care before ordering personalized items.
