How Do I Change Quantities Or Cancel An Item In My Order?

Please send us an e-mail through contact form with your order modification and we will update your order for you.

※Some products can’t be cancelled after they been ordered. If you would like to cancel your order we advise you to do within 24hours. If there is a case where we can’t cancel an item in your order we let you know.

Cancellation and refund policy for Iaito.
- Up to 3 calendar days after placing your order: cancellation possible and full refund granted
- From 8 calendar days and as long as the production of your Iaito is not complete: cancellation possible, 50% of the total value of your order refunded
- Once the production of your Iaito is complete and is ready to ship or has already shipped: no cancellation or refund possible.
