The delivery company lost my package/ Damaged Order.

In case you are informed that your package is lost, apart from contacting us please at first make a complaint to the delivery company.

In case your order is damaged please make sure to keep the box that it came and take photos of it. If the box is not damaged, please contact us. If the box is damaged, please contact delivery company and make a complaint. The companies refund for the lost and damage orders, (latest if there is evidence.)
