|Can I pickup my order in your store?
Yes, you can place and order on our website and by choosing “In-Store
Pickup” in the shipping method field when checking out your order, you
can pickup your order at any of our stores.
Please note that we do not always have all products in-stock at our
store, so be sure to check the estimated shipping times and place your
order with a good margin before your trip to Japan. Also please specify which store you will be visiting and when, so that we can prepare your order in time.
|Does the free shipping apply to my country?
Free shipping from Tozando is generally valid for all the products
which are listed as such, for example for Bogu, Bokken, Iaito, etc. for most
of the major countries in the world.
However, please note that there are countries to which we
unfortunately can not offer ‘free shipping’, due to special
circumstances. For example, this could be for countries in which the
current situation is unstable or for countries where post couriers
have difficulties to ship to.
If there is any doubt, please feel free to contact our customer support for more information if in doubt.
|What’s the shipping fee for my country?
We know that our customers are concerned about the shipping fee for their respective country.
As you might know, Tozando is mainly using DHL, UPS and EMS for
shipping and of course, we can provide our customers with a price
estimate if inquired to do so.
However, this is just an estimate, as we do not always know the exact
details of the customers order, this is why there is a easier way to
find out how much the shipping will cost for your country.
Firstly, you need to add all the products you are planning to order
to your shopping cart. Once you have done this and you go to your cart,
there will be a “
Calculate shipping rates” field in the lower right corner of the cart, if you fill-in your shipping information in this field and press the “Recalculate” button, our website will automatically calculate your presumed shipping costs for you.
|Which shipping company do you use?
||Tozando mainly uses the following shipping companies, when shipping orders internationally:
– UPS (normally takes 2-4 business days)
– DHL (normally takes around 3-5 business days)
– EMS (takes around 3-5 business days)
Please, note that depending on your shipping address, due to technical limitations (size or weight of parcel) we might not be able to ship some items via the selected company.
In addition, please note that depending on partnership agreements between package delivery companies in your country, your parcel's final delivery might be handled by a different local company.
Also please note that UPS and DHL can not be used to ship to APO/FPO or any other PO box addresses, since private couriers has to deliver the parcels to a proper address and be signed by the recipient. for APO/FPO and other PO box addresses, only EMS can be used for shipping.
Finally, keep in mind that Tozando reserves the right to change the shipping method for any order containing a “Free Shipping” item without prior notice.

|Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we probably ship to your country and most other countries in the world.
If your country can be found in the “country” list when you input
your shipping information, then there should be no problems with
shipping and order to your country.
If you can not find your own country in the list of shipping
destinations, which can be the case for certain “high risk” countries
where there is a risk that the post courier can not make a proper
delivery due to the situation in the country or for some other reasons,
please contact us for more information.
|When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
||Shipping fees are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. You can confirm the final price on the page before the final confirmation and checkout of your order.
If paying by the credit card, the payment will in general appear on the credit card bill within 10 business days.
Upon the payment confirmation, your order is immediately processed. Some items require particular time for the production. You will usually be able to confirm your "Estimated Shipping Date" through the Order Status page on your account page within 1 business day.
Once the order is shipped, you will also receive a e-mail with the tracking information for your parcel.
