The Mengane is Duralumin.  The Futon stitching of the Mendare is Nanamezashi (diagonal stitching) and the Uchiwa is made of a modern fabric developed by Toray called  'Sillead' that helps sweat to evaporate faster and fights against bacteria

Do:
Deluxe Mune made with Kurozan. Mune available in either Gobanzashi or with a Shokko pattern - several colours are available. Standard black Do-dai.

Kote:
Palms and fist portion made of synthetic leather. The fist portion inner-part is made of the quick drying fabric 'Sillead'.

Tare:
5 lines of Kazari Ito (Silk braid) - Very durable and resistant Tare using Heri (edges) reinforced in synthetic leather.

I have been using this Bogu for a couple of weeks now and I am very impressed. It is light and comfortable and fits perfectly. Best entry level Bogu I have seen by far. When the time comes to upgrade, I will be definitely coming back to Tozando.
