I've odered a tailor made deluxe polyester hakama and I must say it's a very good quality item. BUT: I give the length wanted between the bottom of rear obi and rear hem as it's written everywhere in the website for the sizing. I asked for 101cm and the one I received is 104cm length!!!!! I told Tozando but they said "it is how it is supposed to be..." and of course they refused the return of a tailor made item. I think it's not very honest from Tozando to say that, instead of admitting the fault of the craftman. I 'm not happy with my order and I'll tell my disappointment on as many aikido websites as I could.

... with the Hakama it fits very nicely and all the details are of very high quality. The customer service was also great. There were some issues with a few measurement details and what they entail. The lady in charge of the communication, Miyuki, was very helpful and has an excellent command of written english. I have to agree with the observation that the pleats in the front tend to open in spite of me not being fat. I will have to observe this a bit further and try around a bit more with the fastenings and the method of wearing it. Everything else is superb - as stated above. Thank you very much Tozando group. I am a happy customer.

Overall is good, maybe my son's belle button below abit fat, so when he wear, the hakama pleat will open. anyway is ok, cause he is on-diet now. hahahaha thank you, i feel happy on your service.
