I am not happy with my order and would like to return it for an exchange.
If you are not happy with your order, simply return it for an exchange or refund within seven(7) days after the receipt of the order. Prior to returning any merchandise, please inform us for the return authorization. Please be also advised that the return/exchange is accepted only if the ordered item is in unused condition (for the hakama, with the basting stiches still in the pleats ), excluding items with personal name embroidery, made-to-order products, and custom-made-order items. And please enclose a note with the followings:
1) Returned item 2) Reason of the return 3) Desired transaction: Exchange, Refund, Credit(If exchanging, please notify the desired item)
The shipping charges and any other charges that may occur due to the return will be covered by the customer.
In case we have delivered a wrong item, we will cover the shipping.
For returned shipments, we will automatically refund only the costs of products to your credit card or paypal account if we do not hear from you within a month. Please note items with the above conditions and shipping costs or any other charges for return are excluded.
