Reduce that pounding head

This item is sold as a men size adjuster, but it is probably even more useful as a headache reducer. Of particular value when training with the heavy handed (particularly people new to kendo). Tozando represents good value for money on this item, as I have seen it far more expensively listed on other online stores, particularly when shipping is factored in.
