We know that it is often difficult for ladies to find an Iaito that combines the right length (compared to their height) with the appropriate blade weight and tsuka length. Without this, it is obviously impossible to get a perfect balance for a smooth practice.
Those days are over! Taking into account many of their recommendations, this "Tozando Tomoe - Kago Koshirae" has been specially designed for female practitioners.

Very convenient grip  -  The Tsuka is fine therefore the furnishings are made smaller. This means that the sword is very easy to hold, also for people with smaller hands such as ladies' hands.

Deeper Groove in the blade - This takes weight out of the blade, without compromising on strength, giving you the chance to create a clear enhanced sound when travelling through the air, giving you fantastic feedback on your cuts and movements to enjoy more during the practice!

Less burden on the hands - The weight of the blade is more on the Tsuba side which makes even a better  balance. It makes it easier to sway the sword in the air and it does not hurt on the hands and wrists!

I´m very comfortable with this shop because the shipping took exactly the time they declared for it.
The sword has a really good quality and my trainer said this too.  
It´s feathery and so I think it´s perfect for women and people with articulation problems.

I´m very very happy with the sword.^^
