This is a high quality handmade Dobari Shinai made of selected high quality Japanese Madake Bamboo. This Shinai is entirely handmade by skilled craftsmen, using their expertise to balance and adjust the Shinai to perfection.
The 'Nioh' model's handle is made extra thick(28mm in diameter) to make the tip feel even lighter than a normal Dobari style Shinai.

In Dobari style Shinai the center of the gravity is located more toward on the handle compared to a normal Shinai, because of this it will be easier to handle and feel lighter to swing.

Please note that this unit comes with the Bamboo only. If you would like a fully furnished version of this Shinai, please choose "add leather fittings" in the menu. Available in Size 39 only.
