I recently received my custom iaito, it is a beauty!

I can recommend this iaito to everybody who wishes to buy a reasonably priced practice sword with a personal touch.
I have not found a single flaw or scratch on my iaito or saya, the quality is very high.

The service is also excellent; my questions were quickly answered and my iaito arrived within a few days.

I would like to thank Tozando for this amazing piece of craftmanship!

I'm very excited about my custom Iaito, evrything is as I wanted it and it's perfect!. Just like the german below me it took less then 4 weeks to make it and it was in Holland just three days later ( sent on wednesday in Japan, arrived on Friday in the Netherlands). I had to pay some tax though, but that's a problem only Holland faces I think.

I recieved my custom Iaito a few days ago, much faster than exspected: Instead of 6 weeks for crafting it took only 4, and I recieved the package within 4 days after shipping (Japan to Germany). Even the customs declaration were no problem. Also the quality and look of it are just great. Training with it is totally different from before. Thank you for your great work, TOZANDO, and for the very quick and kind customer service. I'm sure I'll order again.

Just received my Iaito a few days ago and the quality is outstanding. Mr. Yoshihito Nonoguchi was very helpful with my queries, especially in regards to specifying the weight.

The Iaito itself is fantastic and I would strongly recommend this to anyone who wishes to invest in a high quality but reasonable priced Iaito. I cannot find any faults with the quality of service from the staff or quality of the blade itself.

I recieved my sword a few months ago and never practised with it untill I started to live here in Japan and it's great.

It took a little more time than it was supposed to take to craft it but it was worth the wait. Everything is exactly as I requested and practice is a real pleasure.

And thanks to Nonoguchi san for his support in french, rare enough to be noticed ^^.

First of all i would like to thank all the people who work at Tozando for making this possible. The ratio quality/price is in my opinion the best of what you can get. Now talking about the sword itself, I have few words, It's just a pure beauty. It doesen't matter where you live on earth, if you want a japanese sword you can trust Tozando for making it and shipping it in a professional way.

THE BEST ALL OVER THE WORLD	September 13, 2008

My Custom Iaito arrived today and SHE is Wonderful I have not words
I wanted a Silver features and Tozando did it
I wanted a tsuka assembled and realized on my hands and Tozando did it
I wanted a very particular heavy balanced blade and Tozando did it
I wanted a particular method of shipment and delivery and Tozando did it
Its Tozando and it is better than Lamp of Aladdin
The Staff was fantastic they made me sure and gratified
Maybe I am crazy but I fell this sword MY SWORD built on my Soul
It appeared strange but Tozando made me very happy today

my Iaito arrived a couple off days ago and all i can say about it is that those craftsmen at tozando are truly masters at their art.

the sword has really good fittings, the habaki fits very well into the saya.
i could go on but i would just be repeating what already has been said: Tozando's Custom Iaito's are the greatest!!

i got really good customer support from Yoshihito-san.

I cannot compliment Tozando enough.
My Iaito arrived in advance of the estimated time, and is GREAT.
This is now the 4th Custom build that myself and my club have ordered, and we have been most impressed each time.
Customer Service is second to none. My contact Jose was fantastic. Prompt replies to e-mails, the works.
I would recommend Tozando to anyone.
