Simply select the colour and font from the menu below and provide us with your embroidery instructions as well as a picture of the desired embroidery text (see upload link in the "choose your options" category).
For Katakana and Kanji names, our expert Japanese staff will translate these for you. However, if you have specific characters you wish to use, just send us a picture of them.

IMPORTANT NOTICE!

1) Please, be advised that any item with personalized embroidery cannot be returned, exchanged and/or refunded so be sure to have selected the proper size prior to ordering.

2) FREE Embroidery is for up to 10 characters (Alphabet, Katakana or kanji). Embroideries over 10 characters will be charged 1,000 JPY for 10 additional characters.

Great work and very helpful September 3, 2012

I have several pieces with embroidery from Tozando. Each occasion of service has been helpful and if there is any issue with translation or characters, Tozando staff are very quick to ensure they get it right.
The embroidery itself is immaculate and certainly won't become frayed any time soon.
