Do consists of 60 pieces of genuine beautiful bamboo and is lacquered with traditional Japanese Urushi to bring long-lasting gloss. Urushi has been loved from long time ago because of its antibacterial property and tasteful fine luster. Varnished black-colored Urushi on frontal and natural Urushi on inside. The chest guard is made of Krozan leather which requires manual time-taking process; first, leather is smoked to make it more durable and air goes through better. And then varnish with liquid iron following lacquer, which turns into gorgeous black color later. After completely dried it under the sun, a craftsman rub it with own hands to make surface uneven and lacquer only on projected surface, and then lacquer two more times after that.

Knuckle of Kote is super deluxe level of indigo-dyed deerskin, same as the rest leather parts. A quality compound of Japanese felt , including " Hon Mosen " and cotton is padded inside of Kote.
Tare is also natural indigo dyed with stitch of 3.6mm in width and trimmed beautifully by our expert craftsmen. Super deluxe level of deerskin is attached. 7-line of silk braids is decorated.
gHon Mosenh is scarlet felt, made from animal hair, usually from sheep, goat, and it is traditionally used by nomadic people in Mongolia.The fabric of genuine Mosen, called gHon Mosenh is light weight, elastic, soft and durable. But it is now difficult to obtain because it is limited in supply.
Kendo Bogu that contains genuine gHon Mosenh features elastic, shock-absorbing, durable, and comfortable. Standard felt Mosen is nothing compared to the genuine Hon Mosen.
All of the Futon used in g Koetsuh is made using genuine "Hon Mosen".
