Granted I've had maybe two gi's prior to this one, but it's the best one I've owned none the less. Great fit. I'm 5' 9" and about 220lbs. Almost a 40inch waist. Not a tiny guy. I got the size 5 top and size 4 bottom. Perfect fit. I wash in cold water and hang dry, still the same size. I've washed it about 10 times now. I wash it after each practice. Holding up very well and very cool and comfortable. Great product and great customer service helping me get my order right!
