Very light and comfortable. Performs as advertised: wicks away sweat and dries quickly. Although the clerk at the Tozando store in Kyoto advised that it is not as durable as a judo single-weave, so far it has held up well to Tomiki style Aikido.
There is one problem that could be a dealbreaker: it refuses to stay closed, no matter how tightly you tie your belt. The constant "wardrobe malfunctions" are annoying, and I end up having to re-tie my gi often. Although I normally prefer a judo-style gi without himo for aikido practice, this could probably use himo.

I train in hot Texas and this gi is simply amazing. It wicks away moisture and then holds it in the fabric and cools you down. It is light and soft yet very sturdy. I no longer have to wear cool max of under armour or dri fit to try and stay cool this gi does it all. Simply amazing.

This is by far the best gi I have ever had. I live in Las Vegas, NV United States it gets very hot here and this gi is perfect for hot weather. The material provides excellent air circulation and wicks the moisture away from your body. I was also very surprised at how soft and flexible the material is. Feels very good against the skin not rough or scratchy like some gi's can be. This Gi is top quality as all Tozando products are.
