This Toryumon Higo Koshirae is simply the great piece for everyone, from a beginner to an advanced. The typical rounded Higo style Fuchi/Kashira set is nicely blackened and attached on the Tsuka. We also choose the traditional and aesthetic Mokko theme for the Tsuba and silver-plated Menuki with theme of Higo clovers. Tsuka is wrapped with black cotton over a genuine rayskin. The saya is available in Kuroishime(black matte finished lacquer) and Kuroro(black gloss finished lacquer). A sand-casted, a bubble-free zinc/aluminum alloy blade available up to 2.45 shaku. Approximately 820 gram without the Saya for 2.45 shaku.
