Futon of men is made of high-quality cotton, all hand-stitched by french seam method, also known as Fukuronui in Japanese. In this way Futon comes in neat and fine design and becomes lighter because after stitched both outside and inside out, to look like a pocket, only adjusted amount of material is stuffed.

Sakamoto Ryoma, born in Kochi in 1835, made a great contribution to Japan's rapid modernization which marked the end of 700 years of feudal government. This parka jacket features the Meiji Restoration Hero, Sakamoto Ryoma's portrait and his merchantl vessel, Irohamaru on the Pacific Ocean. His famous quote, "Now again it's time to wash out this Japan completely" is also printed vertically and Kamon of the Sakamoto family is also printed on the left chest.

This extra durable and light-weighted Tetron fabric is 65% polyester/35% rayon blended and the matte texture gives the orthodox appearance on the Hakama. The pleats have been specifically well-ironed then stitched to maintain their shape despite of your dynamic moves and eventually create the outstanding overall appearance on your Aikido performances through the years
