HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? - You can instantly calculate the price of shipping to your country by simply placing an item in your basket!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Soon after placing your order, an Estimated Shipping Date will be assigned and displayed in the order details, this usually takes around 24 hours, as we have to check our stock levels. Please note, this will not appear until we have recieved FULL payment for your order.
You will be able to view this by clicking on the 'My Account' tab, and then 'Review orders/track packages'. Simply click on the details of the order to see the Estimated Shipping Date.
MY COUNTRY IS NOT LISTED IN THE SHIPPING OPTION?
That is no problem, we can still process an order for you, however, you will need to place your order by email. Simply email us, using the form below including the details of the product you would like to order, your full name, delivery address and phone number and we will contact you to inform you how to proceed.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?
If you need to return something to us we will need to know the reason why. If you are sent the wrong item or a product is deemed to be defective we will cover the cost of the return shipping and the shipping of a replacement item. In cases where a product is deemed to be defective, we will generally require photographs of the defective item and will only accept returns on items which were proven defective through their intended use.
If the reason is that you selected the wrong size, or that you simply don't like a product - for whatever reason, then return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
PLEASE NOTE - we ONLY accept return requests on items delivererd within the previous 10 working days, and without exception, we ONLY accept returns on items which are in their original unused and unwashed condition.
CAN YOU TRANSLATE MY NAME INTO JAPANESE KATAKANA?
Yes, Tozando's native Japanese staff will translate your name for your into the most natural and appropriate sounding Katakana. If you have a particular set of Katakana you would like to use for your name, simply let us know once you have placed the order.
WHAT ABOUT KANJI?
Our staff are also able to translate your name into Japanese Kanji, this is generally done by selecting Kanji which use the same phonetic sound (Ateji). However, if you wanted to use a particualr set of Kanji, then simply let us know once you have placed the order. In the case of Dojo names and other Japanese words, many Kanji use the same sound so please let us know exactly which Kanji should be used once the order has been placed.
CAN I PAY IN CASH?
You can make payment for your order in Cash, in the currency of your choosing. Simply send it to us by recorded mail to the address below. However, this is done at your own risk and we are NOT responsible should the payment go missing.
HOW ABOUT WESTERN UNION?
Western Union no longer have a collection branch in Kyoto, and the minimum withdrawal limit in Japan is 800,000 JPY. Therefore it is impossible for us to accept payment by Western Union.
